About the Clinic
Movement is medicine and healing is dynamic. It is also highly personal. It requires an open partnership between the patient and the practitioner. When performing yoga postures, we aim for a balance between effort and ease. That is my approach to healing. There is effort in healing and I value that in our sessions. At the same time, healing requires softness, patience and support.
After a thorough intake, together we will create a personalized program, often using a combination of disciplines including traditional physiotherapy, yoga, Pilates, pain neuroscience education (PNE) and mindfulness. Together, we will explore all aspects of the mind, body and environment in order to uncover the root causes of your pain and address each with the appropriate attention and care.
